TERMINATION OF
DECLARATION OF RBSTRICTIONS AND AGREEMENT
This agreement made this day of F~,~,,, ,
1979, by and between Marine Science, Center, Inc., formerly Indian
River Minerals, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under
i! the laws of the State of Florida, and Chrysler Outboard Corpora-
tion, a corporation organized and exi-sting under the laws of the

~I State of Delaware.
- WHEREAS, on June 1Q, 1966, Marine Science Center, Inc.,

~~formerly Indian River Minerals, Inc., and Chrysler Outboard
ii Corporation entered into a Declaration of Restrictions and
I'
Agreement recorded in Official Record Book 147, pages 571 through
574, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and- 1
! WHEREAS, paragraph 5 of said Declaration of Restrictions
and Agreement permits termination thereof by written agreement, I,
and I
i
WHEREAS, Marine Science Center, Inc., formerly Indian River ~
-
'4 Minerals, Inc., and Chrysler Outboard Corporation wish to terminat
said Declaration of Restrictions and Agreement in all respects.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, Marine
Science Center, Inc., formerly Indian River Minerals, Inc.,. and

Chrysler Outboard Corporation hereby agree that said Declara-
tion of Restrictions and Agreement is terminated as of the date
'hereof and shall be of no further force or effect.
