TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, on June 10, 1966, Marine Science Center, Inc.,

r ;;formerly Indian River Minerals, Inc., and Chrysler Outboard
`:Corporation entered into an Agreement recorded in Official
''Record Book 147, pages 561 through 5b5, public records of
~'St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Marine Science Center, Inc., formerly Indian River
:'Minerals, Inc., and Chrysler Outboard Corporation wish to terminat
~~said Agreement~in all respects.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other

good and valuable considerations, Marine Science Center, Inc.,

Corporation hereby agree that-said Agreement is terminated as of j
.the date hereof and shall be of no further force and effect.
