AND CONSENT TO SALE
Marine Science Center, Inc., formerly Indian River
Minerals, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, hereby acknowledges its waiver and
release of the option for first refusal as set forth in ghat cer-
tain Option for First Refusal dated June 10, 1966, by and between
Chrysler Outboard Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and
Indian River Minerals, Inc. recorded in Official Record Book
147, pages 566 through 570, public records of St. Lucie Coutity,
Florida.
{E{ Marine Science Center, Inc. hereby consents to the sale
~ by Chrysler Outboard Corporation of the real property described
in said Option for First Refusal, together with other real prop-
erty, to Harbor Branch Foundation, Inc., a corporation organized
# and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, as reflected
in that certain Special Warranty Deed dated the day of

1979, by and between Chrysler Outboard Cor-
poration, as Grantor, and Harbor Branch Foundation, Inc., as
Grantee, to which this Waiver and Release of Option Qf First

~ Refusal and Consent to Sale is attached and-hereby terminates and

ii extinguishes said Option for First Refusal which shall be of no

. further force or effect. ~
