Assumption of that certain Mortgage dated December 30, 1975, filed December 30,
1975, from DAVID W. DETERMAN, a married man, to WILLIAM E. COULD and RUBY A. COULD, JJ
as recorded in Official Records Book 247, Page 489, of the Public Records of St. T
