DISS IAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 1st day of February, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between theparties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM
J. DUKE and GLENDA DUKE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ELIZA$ETH MARIE DUKE, minor child
~ of~the parties, is hereby awarded to GLENDA DUKE with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM J. DUKE.
3. CHANGE OF NAME. The name of the Wife, GLENDA DUKE, shall
be changed to that of her maiden name, Glenda Patray. She shall hence-
~ forth be known by-that name.
4. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The Property Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence and signed by both parties hereto is
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
}
with the provisions thereof. '
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
