1HIS CAUSE came to be heard on Plaintiffs'. Motion ~

• to Compel Response to Request to Produce dated November 28,'
1978 for the personnel files of PONSELL and LEWIS. The.
Court having found that Defendants have waived objection to
these requests by not timely asserting objection, and further
having found that even if objection had been timely asserted-
the personnel files were discoverable, it is hereby
ORDERED AND~ADJUDGED:
1. .That Defendants will produce entire personnel ~

files of PONSELL and LEWIS to Plaintiffs for inspection and/or
copying by February 15, 1979 or as otherwise agreed upon by
counsel. -
2. Plaintiffs shall take precautions to prevent any

unnecessary disclosure of the contents of the personnel files

i beyond the parameters of Plaintiffs' law-firm. - ~
3. Plaintiffs shall bring to Defendants.' attention sny ~
portions of the personnel file that they may wish to use or
rely on at trial, and if Defendants have objection to Plaintiffs'
