COML NOW the parties hereto, by their undersigned attorneys,
and show to this court that all matters and things in controversy between
them have been amicably settled and adjusted, and plaintiff has re-
leased~the defendant from any and all suits and causes of action for
any and all damages or injuries arising out of the matters and-things .
complained of in plaintiff's Complaint. -
WHEREFORE, the parties hereto move this court for the entry
of an Order of Dismissal herein with prejudice to the plaintiff , and
each party is to bear its own costs.
