The Defendants have objected to certain portions of said personnel files. By agreement of _counsel the Court has been furnished the com- ~ plete personnel files of both said individuals and has II inspected the same in camera. The Court in examining said files has marked each page objected to consecutive and in E s{ red ink. As to the Defendant WILLIAM ROLLINS, the-pages so objected to have been marked 1 through 120, both inclusive, and as to the employee Menard, such pages objected to have been marked 1 through 372, both inclusive. From - such examination it appears to the Court that Defendants' objections are well founded as the items reflected on those pages concern material not .properly discoverable ~ under the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
