2. That Defendants' objections to pages 1 through
372, both inclusive of the personnel fill of GERALD LOUIS
1lENARD are sustained and the Defendants need not produce
said pages.
3. That the Defendants shall be required to
produce~to the Plaintiff all parts and portions of the •
personnel files of BILLIAId ROLLINS and GERALD LOUIS HENARD
to which ob3ections have not been made and sustained.
4. That counsel for the Defendants shall-keep
in their possession all of the hereinabove enumerated ~
pages of the personnel files of WILLIAId ROLLINS and GERALD
LOUIS 1[ENARD that the Court has not required to be produced
in the event any appeal is taken from this Order of the -
Court.
