the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Katherine M. $1111 th, a
single adult
dated February 28th 19 78 :and recorded
in the public records of $t. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 282 on page
2284 ,securing the payment of the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100---------------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie .Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. '
