attorney, moves the Court for en Order to re-open the file herein.
As grounds therefor, Petitioner will show:
1. That he was duly appointed Administrator of the above-
styled Estate.
2. That an Order was entered on or about July 2, 1975,
discharging Petitioner and closing the 8state.
3. That there is real property fn the Estate of which no
Deed was executed by .the Administrator to the sole surviving heir,
AN'1'fiONY ARMSTRONG JONES . ~ .
4. That the sole purpose of re-opening the-Estate is to
execute said Administrator's Deed.
