This matter coming on the Motion of the Defedant, ROCHESTER
to hold property seized under a Writ of Replevin in the custody of
the"Sheriff, upon consideration, it is:
ORDERED. AND 1!ED that:
The property be retained into the custody of the Sheriff
pending further Order_of this Court. •
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
Any party to this suit may, at a convenient time, with the
Sheriff, inspect the property seized under the Writ.
