interest in the jointly. owned marital home located at 5614 DeLeon
Avenue, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida, and described as fol-
lows:
Lot 13, Block 151, LAKBWOOD PARK UNIT 11, according to
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 32
and 32A through 32D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
together with all furnishings, household goods and other contents -
presently contained therein, and together with the minor child's
bed which the husband borrowed for use during the separation and
which the Husband is hereby directed to return to the marital home.
The Husband is hereby directed to execute any and all documentation
necessary to convey his interest in the marital home, furnishings,
household goods and other contents to the Wife.. The Wife is hereby
directed to be responsible for and pay, and to hold the Husband
harmless from, the joint indebtedness existing on said marital
home consisting of a mortgage to the Citizens Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce. Should the Wife be in excess of
ninety days in arrears in her mortgage payment, the Husband shall
have the right to pay said mortgage payments himself, in which case
the property shall become his sole .property.
6. COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES.~~The Husband is hereby
ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney the suin of $500.00 toward

attorney's fees. Said sum is to be paid by the Husband at the
I rate of $50.00 per month, commencing on the 15th day of February,
1979, with-the same similar payment on-the 15th day of each suc-
ceeding month until the said $500.00 is paid in full; said sum to
be paid directly to the Wife's attorney, Mr. Lee Edward Muschott, .
