8. I~RGER. All previous orders of this Court in this matter
are hereby merged into this Final Judgment.
'9. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. Further 3urisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of
any future pleading to the address required to be supplied. to the .
Clerk of the Circuit Court as outlined above. Should jurisdiction
be invoked in this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by certi-
fied mail, return receipt requested, addressee only, to the opposing
party; and which shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing date
thereof in-which to file a respons a pleading. -
