Motion of the Plaintiff for a continuance, and the Court having
heard the same, and the Defendants, EDWARD A. PIASECRI and
FLORENCE PIASECRI, appearing through counsel, had no objection
to the same, the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause shall be removed
` from the pre-trial and trial dockets of February 21, 1979 and
February 28, 1979, respectively, the same to be re-set for non-jury
trial-upon the Motion and Notice therefore of an ~~ty
