9. -That the levy performed by the Sherrif of St. Lucie ~ =

County, on or about July 18, 1978, the notice of which levy
appears in the public records of St. Lucie County under clerk's
file number 410258 and which appears in official records-book
290 at page 1897, was defective, irregular and void.
. ACCORDINGLY, upon the above and foregoing findings, it is
' this Court's judgment that:
1. The levy made~by the Sherriff of St. Lucie County
on or about July 18, 1978, as described above in paragraph- 9 of
this court's finding, is hereby declared void ab initio. z
2.~ The sale held by-the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, -
Florida, on August 21, 1978, pertaining to the real property
described above in paragraph 3 above, is hereby declared void
ab initio and is vacated, set aside and held for naught.
3. The deed issued under and pursuant to the sale held
by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, pertaining to the
real property described above in paragraph 3 of this court's.
findings, which deed is dated August 28, 1978 and which deed
was recorded under The Clerk of St. Lucie County's-clerk's
file number 414397, and which now appears in official records ~ -
book 292, at paye 2399 of the Public records of St. Lucie
County, Floida, is hereby declared void ab initio, cancelled,
