1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
sole beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of decedent.
Petitioner's address is 1350 Jonquil Street, N.W., Washington,D.C.
20012, and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. The above decedent,-whose last known address was .
2203 South 33rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and whose age
was 83 and--whose social security number was 491-03-8009, died on
January 3, 1979, at Fort Pierce:, Florida, and at the time of
death, was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and
' the ages of any who are minors are as set forth above, her son.'
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was a resident thereof.
_5. Petitioner, whose address is set forth above, and who

is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as. .
~ personal representative of decedent's-estate is entitled to pre- ~
~ ference in appointment as personal representative because the per
sonal representative appointed by the decedent is not qualified
and petitioner, sole beneficiary of the estate, is so qualified.
