7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or .Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. Theo ginal of the decedent's Will; dated October 20,
1967, accompanies this peti,~on.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted
to probate and that he be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
