(d) That certain mortgage deed executed by August Stoncius and
Barbara Stoncius, his wife, in favor of Harris Coristruc~ion
Corporation dated September 18, 1978 in the amount oF $1,050.00
and recorded in OR.BOOK 294, page 1567 of the public records
af St. Lucie County, Florida. _ ~
