• ORDER OF CONTEMPT •
This cause came on for hearing February 2, 1979 on the . -
~ Motion for Contempt and Notice of.Hearing by the law firm of Willes,
- Bittan & Willes for failure of the Husband, Fruce Franklin Chandler,
~ to pay their fees and costs as ordered by the Court, and the Court
having heard testimony on the part of the Husband, Bruce Franklin
Chandler, and argument of counsel from the law firm of Willes, Bittan
& Willes, and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. That the Husband, Bruce Franklin Chandler, is ~
; adjudged to be in contempt of this Court for failure to comply with
~ the provisions of the Final ~udgment entered herein on November 2, _
~ 1978 as to fees and costs due the law firm of Willes, Bittan &
Willes in the amount of $502.50 which sum was payaYile $25 each week
beginning November 3, 1978; that the Husband,.Bruce Franklin Chandler,
is now in arrears in.his-payments in the sum of $350 as of February 2,
1979.
~ 2. That the Husband, Bruce Franklin Chandler, had the

financial ability to pay the said law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes
the said sum of $350 and is now adjudged guilty of wilful contempt of
~
& this Court for his wilful failure to pay said sums as directed by~the
~ -
~ Final Judgment.
