3. That as punishment for the contempt, the Husband,
B=uce Franklin Chandler, is hereby sentenced to serve thirty days
in the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida= provided however,
he may purge himself by payinq the sum of $3S0 to Willes, Bittan &
. Willea in the manner followinq: $10 on Friday, February 9, 1979 and
$10 on Friday of each week until the full sum of $350 has been paid;
that in addition the Husband. Bruce Franklin Chandler, is hereby
required to continue the weekly installment payments of~$25 each
coimnencinq Friday, February 9, 1979 and on Friday of each week
thereafter, making a total weekly payment of~$35.to the law firm of
Willes, Bittan & Willes, 201 South 2d Street, Ft. Pierce. Florida.
4. That upon the submission of an affidavit from the
law.firm of Willes; Bittan & Willes showing that the Husband has not
complied with the purging provisions of this Order, within a period
of three days from the due date of any payment, the Court will there-

upon enter an Order of Cominitment ordering the arrest and confine-
ment of_the said Bruce Franklin Chandler, Husband, in the Coun~y jail
of St. Lucie County, Florida for a period of thirty fu1Z days.
