LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA ~ ~ CASS NO. 79-23-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of ~ HOWARD JOHId BEVILLE, Husband ~ an 9 BARBARA ANN BEVILLE, Wife ORDER ~This cause came on to be heard upon the Petition of the Wife, BARBARA ANN BEVILLE, .for temporary relief and the Court - , having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument•of counsel and being fully advised in the premises. It is~thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. That the temporary custody of the minor child, LAURA ANN MARIE BEVILLE, be awarded to the Husband, HO'WARD-JOHN BEVILLE, with reasonable visitation rights granted.to the Wife, BARBARA ANN BEVILLE. In addition to the reasonable visitation rights the Wife, ~ BARBARA ANN BEVILLE; shall have the right to have the minor child visit and be with her on Wednesday of each week from the hour_of 7 o'clock p.m. until 8 o'clock p.m. commencing, Wednesday, February ~ 7, 1979 and Wednesday of each week thereafter until.furthe~ order ; . i of Court. . ~ - ! That during such visitations with the Wife and-on f ~ return of the minor child to the residence of the Husband, neither party sha11 question the said minor child, LAURA ANN MAItIE BEVILLE, as to the happenings or events and that each of the parties is directed to do nothing tha.t may alienate the love and affection for the minor child towards either parent but shall do all that is - possible in their powers-to cultivate and nurture such love and affection toward each of said parent.
