ORDER OF CONTEMPT ,
This cause~came on for hearing on February 2, 1979 on the
Motion for Contempt and Notice of Hearing by the Wife, Ione F.
Talley, for failure of the Husband, Marion Coles Talley, to comply
with the Order entered in this cause on September 18, 1978 and the
Court having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument
of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ~
1. That the Husband, Marion Coles Talley, is adjudged.
to be in wilful contempt of this Court for failure to comply with
' the terms of the Order dated September 1$, 1978 as to the alimony
i . '
E arrearage of $S00 and the alimony payments for December l, 1978,
f _
January 1, 1979.and February 1, 1979, making a total swa of $650
together with the sum of $56.60 due her counsel of record for fees
and costs. -
~ 2. That the Husband, Marion Coles Talley, has the
financial ability to pay said sums to the Wife, Ione F.. Talley, when
the same became due pursuant to said Order and that the Husband,
Marion Coles Talley, is now adjudged to be guilty of wilful contempt
~ of this Court for his failure to pay said sums as directed by the
~ •
g Order dated September 18, 1978.

~ 3. That as punishment for such contempt the Husband,
~
~ Marion Coles Talley, is hereby sentenced to serve 30 days in the St.
