Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Floridaj provided, however, he may
purqe himself of contempt by payinq said total sum of $706.60 by
March 1. 1979. ~
4. That upon submission of an affidavit by the law
firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes or the Wife, Ione:F. Talley, showinq
that the Husband has not complied with the purqinq provisions of
this Order within a period of three days from the due date of said
payment, the Court will thereupon enter an order of commitment order- ~
~ ing the arrest and confinement of the said Marion Coles Talley in the
County Jail of St. Lucie County; Florida for a period of thirty full
days.
5. The Court determines the sum of~$100 to be reason-
able for the Wife's,attorney for his services herein and Marion Coles
Talley is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with the
costs herein assessed at $7.50. ~
~ 6. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

proper.
