AMENDED ORDER .
THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion for
Enforcement previously filed herein by the petitioner, and
the petitioner being present in open Court in person, and the
respondent having appeared in gersoh in open Court, and having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court havinq heard ~ t
all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised `

in the premises, it is therefore . ;
• ADJUDGED that the res dent is in arrears in support

payments in the amount of $~;9~0'+~.35 as of December 1, 1978.
It is therefore ~
ORDERED that said respondent pay to the Clerk of Circuit
f Court for St. Lucie County, the sum of $40.00 per week as support,

~ together with an additional $15.00 per week on the arrearage set .

E forth above, together with a Clerk's fee in the amount of $2.00 `
~
to be added to each payment, said payments to commence on the ;
15th day_of December, 1978. It is further - '
ORDERED that said respondent shall pay an additional
$500.00 to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County
within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order.
~ Upon the filing of an affid~vit by the Wife showing that

~ the respondent has failed to make the above-referenced payments,
~ the respondent is hereby sentenced to serve ninety (90) days in

the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida.
