AMENDED ORDER FOR-TEMPORARY RELIEF .
TBIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion for Temporary
Relief filed by the Petitioner,_DIANNE MILLER, Wife, herein, the -
Court having heard testimony and argwnent of counsel and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '
1. That the Wife be and is hereby awarded sold use and
possession of the marital premises until the final hearing in
this matter. ~
2. That the Wife be and is hereby awarded sole use and
possession of the 1968 Cadillac automobile until the final ~
hearinq in this matter. -
3. That the Wife be and'is hereby awarded custody of .
; the minor children of the parties, to-wit: ALANA MILLER, with
~
i reasonable visitation granted to the Husband as follows: from
f
2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the home~of the grandparents, each and
!
~ every Saturday until the final hearing in this matter.
4. That the 8usband be and is hereby ordered to pay child
support in the amount of $50.00 per week to the Wife until the
final hearing in~this matter; such payments to commence on the 3rd
day of November, 1978.-
Each payment shall-be made to_ the Clerk of this Court and
~ by him-remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby

assessed the sum of $2.00 as stautory costs to be added to each
~
~
~ payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
~ ~ - -
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence add=esses at all times while this Order is in effect.
