of the swn of Thirty-two Thousand~Dollars ($32,000.00) upon real

the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained .
and sold, assigned, transferred and set unto and by these presents
do grant, bargain and sell, assign, transfer and set over unto JOHN
B. DAILEY and VIVIAN G. DAILEY, his wife, the above described .
mortgage, together with the note described in that~mortgage, and
