FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
TNIS CAUSE came on for trial the 9th day'of February,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all th
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this. suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; -
and that the marriage between them is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is.thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CAROL
V. PETERSON and KURT WILLIAM PETERSON be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
` between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHRISTINE PETERSON,minor child

~ of the parties,-is hsereby awarded to CAROL V. PEiERSON with
~ reasonable visitations rights reserved to KURT WILLIAM .
PETERSON as more fully set forth in the Property Settlement
Agreement incorporated herein.
3. SUPPORT: The Husband,KURT WILLIAM PETERSON, sha21

pay to CAROL V.PETERSON the sum of $100.00 a month for
support of the minor child of the parties, as more fully set
~ forth in the Property Settlement Agreement Yierein incorporate .
~ 4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement and the

~ dence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the part' s
