~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having=come on for trial on the 30th day of
January, 1979 upon the pleadings filed~herein and the Court
having given full consideration to all of the evidence and
observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties'and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ~
~ ~
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. . ~
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION:The marriage between DONALD E. YAWN, .
i Husband and BARBARA A. YAWN, Wife, be and the same'is,hereby

~ dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~

~ them and from the obligations_arising therefrom. ±

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the three minor children, to- ~
. wit: BECKY MARIE YAWN, age eight years; PAMELA ANN YAWN, age ~

six years; and ROBERT LEE YAWN, age five years is hereby ~

awarded to the Wife with reasonable v~sitation rights granted ;
to the Husband and to the paternal grandparents of the
~ children, with the Husband's visitation rights to consist of

~ a. From the date of this hearing until the child

~ reaches the age of eighteen years the Husband shall have regu ~

~ lar visitation on alternate weekends and the Husband shall
