Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court and by him . ~ remitted promptly to BARBARA A. YAWN. In addition there.is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be - ~ added to each payment made to~the Clerk. All payments shall be ~ made in cash, raoney order or cashier's check.
