ATTORNEY'S FEES AND BACK~CHILD SUPPQRT: It is ~ understood that the Husband is presently in arrearage on the ~ ~ child support payments ordered by Temporary Order dated. ~ December 14,1978 by Acting Circuit Judge William G. Tye. The Husband is presently in arrearage on seven payments under ! the Temporary Order bringing the total arrearage to $315.00. ~ t , ~ ~ The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney _ ; , $350.00 as attorney's fee and costs on or before March 2,1979 ~ _ ( It is further understood.that the full arrearage-of $315.00 shall be applied toward the attorney's fee and after payment of the attorne~'s fee to the Wife's attorney, the Husband ' shall receive credit by the Clerk for the payments in ~ _ arrearage for December 15, 22,._and 29 of 1978 and January 5, ~ • t. i 12, 19 and 26 of 1979. Upon the Husbands' producing the ~ : proof of said payment to the Wife's attorney, the Clerk shall ; ~ ~ credit the Husband with having made the payments referred to ~ above, which are presently in arrears. ~ ~ ~ ~ 6.
