It is further understood that the use and possession

Wife and the three minor children and that any other persons
presently residing in the house shall be forthwith removed. .
However, it is further understood that if the Husband fails

payments, then the Wife shall be~permitted to supplement her
~ income by renting a portion of the marital dwelling.
5. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND BACK~CHILD SUPPQRT: It is ~
understood that the Husband is presently in arrearage on the ~

child support payments ordered by Temporary Order dated. ~
December 14,1978 by Acting Circuit Judge William G. Tye.
The Husband is presently in arrearage on seven payments under
! the Temporary Order bringing the total arrearage to $315.00. ~

~ The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney _ ;

$350.00 as attorney's fee and costs on or before March 2,1979 ~

It is further understood.that the full arrearage-of $315.00
shall be applied toward the attorney's fee and after payment
of the attorne~'s fee to the Wife's attorney, the Husband '
shall receive credit by the Clerk for the payments in ~ _
arrearage for December 15, 22,._and 29 of 1978 and January 5, ~

12, 19 and 26 of 1979. Upon the Husbands' producing the ~

proof of said payment to the Wife's attorney, the Clerk shall ;
