ADDENDUM "A"~ TO AGREF~MENT FOR DEED BETWEEN HERBERT PULITZER, JR.- AND L. RALPH POPPELL,~DAT~D JULY , 1977 IT IS HEREBY AGREED between the first party and the second party that the purchase price for the said property, the sub~ect matter of this Agreement, shall be ONE MILLION TWO RUNDRED.THOUSAND ~ DOLLARS ($1,200,000.04) subject to all outstanding mortgages in _ the present approximate amount of SEV~1 HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($785,000.00). First annual principal payment shall be February 15, 1979. The value of the said operation being placed at $50, 000. 00. - In the event that the second party does not or cannot operate a fruit stand in the Naples, Florida area, then and in that event should the said operation of such fruit stand cease duri.ng the first year of this Agreement~ i.e. fruit season of 1977-78, then ~ the f irst party shall give to.the second party a credit against i ~ principal in the amount of $50,000.00.
