SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That SOUTHEAST FIRST NATIONAI.
BANK OF MIAMI (formerly known as The First National Bank of Miami),
a national banking association, the owner and holder of the fol-
lowing instruments (collectively referred to as the "Encumbering
Instruments"): .
A. Mortgage executed by Ryerson ~ Haynes Realty, Inc.,
a Delaware. corporation, in favor of The First
National Bank of Miami dated_November 20, 1974 and ~
recorded in Official Records Book 2~,.4 st Page 108
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
securing that certain Promissory Note in the ori-
ginal principal amount of Four Million TNO Hundred-
Thousand and 00/100 (54,200,000.00) Dollars.
B. Conditional Assignment of Rents and Leases executed -
by Ryerson $ Haynes Realty, Inc., a Delaware corpo-
ration, in favor of Southeas~t First National Bank
of Miami dated November 20, 1974 and recorded in
Official Records Book 234 at Page 114 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
C. Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement executed
by Ryerson ~ Haynes Realty; Inc., a Delaware corpo-
ration, in favor of Southeast First National Bank of
Miami recorded in Official Records Book 234 at Page
119 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
r.hich encumber the property respectively described in the Encum=
bering Instruments, hereby acknowledges full payment and satis-
faction of said Promissory Note and all indebtedness secured by ~
any and all Encumbering Instrument~s and surrender the said Encum-
bering Instruments as cancelled and hereby direct the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie Co.unty, Florida-to cancel the same of
record.
