RELEASE OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made this ~_~~day of December, 1978,
between W. B. ROSSLOW, individually and as Trustee, Grantor,
and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corpora-
tion with a place of business at 111 Orange Avenue, Ft. Pierce, ;

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by Grant of Easement dated June 6; 1978, recorded ,
on August 2, 1978, in O.R. Book 291, page 1668, public records ;

of St. Lucie County, Florida, Grantor obtained an easement for
ingress and egress over the following described lands in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
The West 60 feet of the following described property: ,

The Easterly 1,259.90 feet as measured at right angles F
to State Road No. 5, of that portion of the South 1/2 ~
~ of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range . ~
40 East, lying West of said State Road No. 5. ~
LESS AND EXCEPT the.South 130 feet thereof; and ~

WHEREAS, Grantee obtained title to said land subject to ;

said easement from Sun Banks of Florida, Inc., by virtue of that
ceXtain warranty deed dated October 26, 1978, recorded October ~

31, 1978, in O.R. Book 296, page 2997, public records of St. E

~ Lucie County, Florida; and
~ WHEREAS, Grantee has agreed to convey the above described
60 foot strip of land to the City of Fort Pierce, a municipal ;
corporation of the State of Florida, for public highway purposes;
and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed to relinquish said easement

unto Grantee in consicieration of such conveyance to the City =

of Fort Pierce. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the

~ sum of One Dollar ($1.00) paid by Grantee to'Grantor, receipt

~ . of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby•releases and
