as more particularly set forth in that certain grant of easement

dated June 6, 1978, recorded August 2, 1978, in O.R. Book 291, €
page 1668, public records of ~t. Lucie County, Florida, with
the intent that said easement may be forever extinguished and
that Grantee,.its successors, legal representatives and assigns,

shall hereafter have and enjoy said premises so granted, free ~
and absolutely discharged front said easement, and from all other ~
