The pictures of•the inside of the mobile home, (D-1), showed a refrigerator,~but does not show a television set, a washer or dryer, although one picture shows the place where a washer and dryer would normally be hooked up. In ~addition~ the Fire Marshall stated th~t there was only extensive fire . damage in ~he rear bedroo~, and that there was mostly smoke damage to the kitchen, living room and another bedroom. Plaintiff's husband spent approximately S20Q.00 to ~ have the mobile home removed. Un~er "Extensions of Coverage", paragraph 4 of the policy, Plaintiff is entitled to recover $25.00 from the Defendant for this expense. Under "Coverage D- Additional Living Expense", Plaintiff was entitled to additional living expenses not to . exceed 1070 of the coverage on the~mobile home, or in this case, a$1,000 limit. ~The Court finds that Plaintiff incurred addi- tional living expenses of $75.00 per month from the time of the . fire.until she married on June 30, 1978, or a total of S450.00. This expense is attributed to the additional maintenance and utilities expenses incurred by Plaintiff living in her husband's house before. her .marriage. Defendant -could have limi~ted this expense for a shorter period of time if it had offered a cash ~ settlement to Plaintiff for the mobile home. ~ , . ~ i It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, RITA GAP.nELLA ~ . NASTER, recover of and from.the Defendant, FORTUNF INSURAhCE COMPANY, as follows: .
