STTpULATED MOTION.FOR CONTINUANCE
The Plaintiff, by and through her undersigned attorneys,
moves this Court for the entry of an Order continuinq trial which
is set in this cause from it's current date of Monday, January 29,
1979, over to the next trial docket for this Court, and as grounds
therefore to show unto the Court that on Tuesday, January 23, 1979,
the Plaintif~ entered the Indian River~Me~noriai Hospital for ~
. ;
tests or treatment as to medical proble:ns and is under the care of `
Dr. McCrystal, who Works out of Vero Beach, Florida, and has advised '
the undersigned counsel that at this time she is not able to assist
during this trial, and the trial will involve both substantial

~ testimony from the Plaintiff and her necessary assistance at the _
I
~ Plaintiff's table during the course of the rial.
