Upon consideration, it is Ordered that:
1. The Defendants' Motion to Continue the trial of this
~ matter originally scheduled for February 19, 1979, is granted; ~
! the trial thereof shall be re-set for April 16, 1979, and no , ~

~ further Order setting trial shall issue, this Order shall.

~ serve as the Notic.e of Trial.
p 2. The Ore Tenus Motion to Amend made on behalf of the `

Plaintiff is granted and the Amended Complaint filed herein
shall be amended by interlineation so as to reflect that the {
proper name of the Plaintiff is Ben Wood Construction, Inc.
3. The Court having permitted the Plaintiff to amend
~ its Amended Complaint by interlineation, the Motion to Strike
and Abate filed herein by the Defendant, BUSINESS SECURITY &
~ INVESTIGATION CORPORATION, INC., is denied as being moot.

~ 4. The pre-trial conference originally scheduled in.
~ this matter for February 13, 1979, is cancelled; a pre-trial
