THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Motion to Quash Subpoena Duces Tecum and Motion for Protective
Order of counsel for the Plaintiff, and the Court having considered
the same, and hearing the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Protective Order
is granted.in that counsel for the Defendant, in taking this deposition,
duces tecum, of Gerald S. James, attorney for the Plaintiffs, is
prohibited from going outside of the scope of issues related to
the service of process upon the Defendants, BbNNIE KELLY and ~

~~,a,~19 EDWARD KELLY , andA those issues to which Mr. James will or may
testify at trial.
' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant

to testify on this jurisdictional issue.
