~ THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court/upon the
. Motion to Dismiss and Strike of the Defendant, BARRINGTON MOBILE
HOMES OF FLORIDA and ROYAL GLOBE INSURANCE COMPANY, and Motion ~
for Production, Inspection and Testing and Motion to Dismiss/
Quash of Defendants, M. A. RAMSEY, PHILIP ZIPES and LEON D.
MILLER, d/b/a LAKESIDE MOBILE HOME SALES, and the Court being
~ advised of the agreement of counsel as certain matters, and the
argument of counsel as on to all other motions, and the Court .
being otherwise fully advised of the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the following:
~ 1. The Motion to Quash is withdrawn by an agreement of .

~ counsel;
~ 2. The Motion for Production, Inspection and Testing is
granted by agreement by counsel, arrangement for the same to
~ be made by counsel;
~ 3. The Motion to Dismiss is granted;
4. The Motion to Dismiss is~hereby rendered moot , based
upon this Court ruling on the Motion to Dismiss;
5. The Plaintif€s are hereby granted twenty (20) days in
~ the date hereof in which to file an amended pleading. -
