This cause having come on for final hearing upon the
Plaintiff's motion for final judgment~after the due and
regular entry of a default against the Defendant, and it
appearing to the Court upon such default that the automobile
described in the complaint as wrongfully detained by the
Defendant, and that the same has been delivered to the
Plaintiff by the officer who executed the replevy writ, and
the Plaintiff having moved the Court for the entry of a
final judgment for its costs of suit and the Court being
fully advised.in the premises, it is, thereupon, upon '

~ CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED by the Court as

~ follows: - ~
l. That the Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the
property described as: One 1975 Buick Skyhawk, Identifica-
tion No. 4507052110704, and hereb~ recovers possession of ~
same.

2. That final judgment be and the same is hereby
~ entered in favor of the above named Plaintiff against the
~
~ above named Defendant for its costs of suit now and here
~ ~
~ taxed at Fifty Four pollars and Fifty Cents ($54.50), and
