9. Coedea~~atba. The proceeds of any award or claim to~ damaga. direct or consequential, in rnnnectloo ~rith any

The procurement of insuranoe or the payment of taxes or other liens or charga by Lender shall not be a waiver of i~ender's

the Property Address or at such dher address as Borrow~r mav designate by notice to T.ender as provided hercin, and
(b) any notice to Lender shall he given by certified• mail. return rcceipt rcquested. to t_endec's addras stated herein or to
such other address u Lender may decignate by notice to Borrower u provided hercin. Any notice prnvided for in this
Mortgage shall be deemed to have been given to Borrower or Lender when given in the manner desitnated herein.
