Propeny. including thome past due. All r~nts callectod by the receiver shall be applied flrst to payment of the costs of
management of the Propeny and collcetion of rents, including, but not limited to. teceiver's fees. prcmiums on receiver's
bonds and reasonabk attorney's fees. and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. 71~e ceceiver shall be liable to account
only for those re~ts actually received. . -
21. F~re Ad~a~ca. Upon requat by Borrowcr, Lender, at t.ender's option within twenty years from the date of ihis
Mongage. may make Future Advancas~to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with 7nterr,st thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evideaoed by promiuory notes stating that said nota are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amouat of We indebtede?ess socured by this Mongage. not including sums advancxd i~ aooordanoe herewith to protect the
srcurity of this Mortgaae. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS.
