in tbe Prope~ty and Bomower's obligation to pay the sums secured by this Mortgage shall continue uaimpairod. Upon such -

21. F~re Adraec~s. Upon roquest by Borrower, Ler~der. at ~ender's option withia twenty yeus from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Ftit~ue Advances to Borrower. Such Futurc Advanca. with interat thereon. shall be secured by this
Mongage whe~ evideaced by prpmissory notes stating that said notes are socurod hereby. At no time sball the principal `
amount of the indeMedness securod by th~s Mortgag~. not including sums advanced in accordanoe herewith to protect the `
security of this Mortgage. exexd the origi~al amount of the Note plus USS. ~
22. Releara Upqa paymeat of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Bomower shall pay all coats of rocordation. if any. -
23. Attonep's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fces, if aay,
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
