21. Ftitrre Aiva~cur. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at ~ender's option within twenry years from the,date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrowtr, S~ch Future Advances, with intetest thereon, shalt be securtd by this
Mortgage when evidepced by promissory notes stating that said r~ota are secured'hereby. At no time shall the principal
