(22) Notices given hereunder shall be sent by certified mail, unleu otherwise required by law, and addreu, unless and
until some other address is designated in a noace so given, in the case of the Gover~ment to Fumers Home Administntan at
Gainesvillc, Florida 32601, and in the case of Bortowet to him at the address shown in the Fumers Home Administration •
Finance Office records (which normally wiq be the same as the post office addrus shown above). ~
(23) Borrower will at all tima properly fettilize, cultivate, ca~e for, and maintain ia a productive condirion all the grove
ar?d orchard t~ees now on the property or hereafter planted thereon, and will protect the groves and orchards aRainst loss or
damage by fve by mal~ing and maintaintng propsc fuebreaks on and awund the property, to the satisfaction of the Governmem,
and in the event Bonower fails so to do, the Government u hereby authorized and empowered to enter in and upon the ~
eremises and to fertilize, cultivate, ure for, and place in a productive condition the groves and orchards and make and maintain
firebreaks on and around the same and the cou and ezpense thereof shall be paid by Borrower immed'utely upon presentation
of an itemized statement thereof and if not so paid same may be paid by the Government, in accordance with'and subject to
the provisions of this mortgage; and Borrower will not top-work the grove or orchard trees without ftrst obtaining the written
consent of the Government.
(24) If any provision ~of this instrument or application thertof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such
invalidity will not affect other provisions or applications of the instrument which can be given eEfect without the invalid ;
provision or application, and to that end the provisions hereof are declared to be sevenble. `
