~ ORDER APPOINTING RESIDENT GUARDIAN ,
OF THE PROPERTY OF NON-RESIDENT MINORS
The Petition of CLAYTON TRUST COMPANY, domiciliary guardian
~ of the property of RITA MARIE HUBER and NANCY JEAN HOBER,
incompetents due to minority, for the appointment of a resident
guardian of the~Florida property of said non-resident minors, '
was heard on this~day; and it appearing to the Court that said
wards are incompetent because of their minority, and that they
own, or may own, the naked legal title in and to the following
described real property situate and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lots 8 to 11, inclusive, Block 2, ST. LUCIE
~ GARDENS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in-Plat Book l, page 35, of the ~
'public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being in Section 26, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, lying West of U. S. Highway No. Z, .
and that it is necessary for a resident guardian to be appointed
i to effect a proper conveyance of the title to said real property;
~ and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,

~ a Florida banking corporation with trust powers, be,and it is
hereby,appointed as resident guardian of the Florida property
of Nancy Jean Huber and Rita Marie Huber, non-resident minors.
It is further
, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Letters of Guardianship shall
~ issue when the appointed guardian makes and files its oath as
~
~ required by law. _
