~ PETITION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
~ AND•DIRECTING PROPER CONVEYANCE
PETITIONER, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, re$pectfully
represents unto the Court as follows:
1. Petitioner is the duly qualified and acting Guardian
of the Florida property of the above named non-resident wards.
~ 2. As more fully alleged in the petition for appointment
of resident guardian filed herein, the instant guardianship
proceeding was preceded by a similar proceeding before this
Court being Probate Division Case No. 76-248, which proceeding
has been closed.
3. As a part of closed guardianship Case No. 76-248,
this Court authorized the sale of real property owned by the
non-resident Wards legally described as follows:
Lots 8 to ll, inclusive, Block 2, ST. LUCIE
GARDENS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof -
recorded in Plat Book l, page 35, of the
j ' public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being in Section 26, Tawnship 36 South, Range
~ 40 East, lying West of U. S. Highway No. 1
~ 4. Pursuant to said Court ordered authority, the

€ "Ancillary Guardian" sold and conveyed the above described

real property to Donald Medalie, as Trustee, and received the
full purchase price therefor, which purchase price has in turn
been remitted to the Clayton Trust Company, as domiciliary
~ , guardian of the estates of said Wards. ~

~ 5. By virtue of certain irregularities more fully

~ described in Paragraph 10 of the petition for appointment of
