that this Court, as a part of these proceedings, confirm in all

respects its prior order consenting to the sale of the Wards' j
` Florida real property entered on the 26th day of July, 1976, ~
in Probate Division Case No. 76-248.

6. It is further necessary and advisable for the benefit ~

of the title to said property previously sought to be conveyed j

. ,
that~this Court order a new conveyance by Petitioner as guardian ~
to Roy A. Schacht and Peggy Schacht, his wife, successors in
title to Donald Medalie, as Trustee, in order to effect a proper _
_ transfer of the legal title which is, or may be, now outstanding ~
~
to the said Roy A. Schacht and Peggy Schacht, his wife, or
their successors in title.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays this Court enter its order
confirming its prior order consenting to the sale of the Florida ~

Real property of the Wards dated July 26, 1976, entered in ~
Probate Division Case No. 76-248, and directing that Petitioner, ~
as guardian, execute a good and sufficient deed of conveyance
to Roy A. Schacht and Peggy Schacht, his wife, to transfer ~
to said grantees the legal title to the above described real ~
t property, which title shall inure to the benefit of said grantees
` and their successors in title. , - ;
