THIS C~USE coming on this day to be heard upon the ~
Petition of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Guardian of the
Florida property of Nancy Jean Huber and Rita Marie Huber,.
non-resident minors, for an order confirming the~prior sale
of the following property, to-wit:
Lots 8 to 11, inclusive, Block 2, ST. LUCIE
GARDENS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, .
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35, of the -
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being in Section 26, Tawnship 36 South, Range
40 East, lying West of U. S. Highway No. 1.
and directing a proper conveyance of the legal title thereto
to Roy A. Schacht and Peggy Schacht, his wife, successors in
title to Donald B. Medalie, as Trustee, and the Court having
reviewed the allegations contained in said petition and in
' the other pleadings files in this cause as well as the prior ~

; petitions and orders filed in Probate Division Case No. 76-248, ~

' and being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ~

; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows; ~

~ 1. That the prior sale of the above described real property ~
~ was and is in the best interest of the above named Wards, and `

~ their domiciliary guardianship estates have heretofore received ,

the benefit of said sale. ~ ~
